I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right across Burnham Park, which was ideal for our toddler. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit smaller than expected. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. However, dining options were limited, and there was no dining included in the booking.
